Thrilled with Urbana True Tires!!! I am from out of town and to avoid hitting someone who ran a red light I hit the curb and ruined 2 tires. I went in when they first opened and was greeted by the owners themselves. They were so kind and helpful! They reviewed the situation, went on the hunt for tires, took me to my office so I could work, kept me informed and charged a totally fair price. I experienced REAL Customer Service today and am thankful for their help. So nice to find an honest and local business to do business with.
